- Minimum Order is $300.00 U.S. Dollars for first time customers.
- All orders will be shipped C.O.D. until credit is established. No post dated checks!
- Net 30 terms may be accepted on approval. We require four current vendor references, bank information and company contact and owner info. No Exceptions!
- All invoices shipped on open account are due and payable 30 days from date of invoice.
- Accounts past due will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis only.
- 1.3% service charge per month will be added to invoices unpaid after 30 days. No exceptions.
- Payment of interest charges, collection fees and or attorney’s fees for unpaid balance will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Any dispute on an account statement should be made within 10 days of statement date. Disputes will not be accepted after 10 days of statement date.
- There will be a $40.00 charge for returned checks.
- We accept company checks, personal checks, Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks, MC, Visa, Discover & Amex.
- All returns and exchanges of new undamaged merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Customers who bounce boxes will be responsible for the 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
- Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days from date of invoice. Please call for an RA#. Returns will not be accepted without one.
- Damages due to wear, neglect, improper care and or misuse will not be exchanged or refunded. No exceptions!
- Sale items are a final sale. No returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
- We recycle packaging materials whenever possible.
- Policies subject to change without notice.
